Manufacturing Overview

Development and manufacturing.

Meihe brings research and development, production and export supply together within one art-materials business.

Creative and decorative ranges.

We manufacture for children's DIY activities and painting practice, as well as home decoration and display. The range includes painting supports for further creative work and finished decorative products.

Production Areas & Workflow

The production route is organized in three connected stages so components move from material preparation to forming and assembly, then into finished-product packing without mixing unrelated product lots.

Material Preparation

Timber and boards are cut and prepared to the required profile or panel format. Canvas, magnetic backing, printed surfaces and accessory sets are prepared according to the product specification.

Forming & Assembly

Frame parts move through corner preparation and joining; canvas and board products move through mounting, printing or surface preparation; easel components are assembled into their specified structure.

Packing Preparation

Completed products are grouped by SKU and pack format, then routed to shrink, card or carton packing according to the finished product and shipment configuration.

Production Equipment

Equipment is concentrated around three production functions: timber and board preparation, frame joining, and final packing. The published factory equipment list is grouped below by its role in production.

Wood & Board Preparation

Cutting and profiling capacity supports straight stock preparation, panel sizing and repeatable component dimensions before frame joining or board assembly.

Frame Cutting & Joining

Dedicated corner and frame-joining equipment handles the core mechanical assembly stage for rectangular and shaped frame programs.

Finished-Product Packing

Shrink and card-packing equipment supports retail packs, protected sets and carton-ready finished goods across multiple art-material formats.

Manufacturing Capabilities by Product

Each product family uses a different combination of materials, forming methods and assembly steps. The current catalog shows the following production scope.

Picture Frames

Production covers canvas and decorative frames using solid wood or pine inner structures, printed canvas, magnetic constructions and decorative outer-frame materials. Square, round, oval, arched and other shaped formats are represented across the current frame range.

01

Drawing Boards

Blank, printed and magnetic drawing-board constructions are produced in multiple compact art sizes. Current catalog examples include 0.25 cm boards and 0.4 cm magnetic boards, with cotton canvas and soft-magnetic backing used in selected models.

02

Easels

Easel production includes solid-pine and plastic constructions, from compact pine stands to A-frame and adjustable plastic formats. Current pine models include 20×30 cm and 24×40 cm sizes, while plastic models use integrated frame-and-easel structures.

03

Shaped / Aura Frames

This line focuses on non-standard geometry, including round, oval, arched, hexagonal and irregular canvas frames. Current catalog options combine blank or printed canvas with shaped frame profiles for decorative and creative-art applications.

04

Display Items

Display-item manufacturing covers printed canvas frames, hanging scrolls and frame-and-easel sets. Single-color and multicolor printing are used across current catalog products, with component sets packed as complete display or art-use combinations.
