Quality Control & Inspection

Our control sequence covers material receipt, production checkpoints, product-specific verification and final release. Picture frames, drawing boards, easels, aura frames and display items are inspected against defined product requirements before they move to the next stage.

Quality Control System

Inspection is organized as release gates rather than a single end-of-line check. Each gate has a defined purpose, and nonconforming items are held for correction or replacement before production continues.

Release Criteria

Material condition, dimensions, surface requirements, assembly details and packing configuration are checked against the applicable order specification and approved reference before release.

Hold & Recheck

Items that do not meet the defined criteria are separated from conforming goods. Reworked or replaced units return to the relevant checkpoint for verification before they re-enter the production flow.

Order-Level Records

Inspection results are linked to the corresponding order and production lot, creating a record of the checks completed before finished goods are released for packing.

Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials are screened before they enter cutting, forming or assembly. The checks differ by material because wood, PS, acrylic, canvas and hardware fail in different ways.

Wood & Wooden Components

Moisture condition, straightness, visible knots, cracks and deformation are checked before processing. Pieces that can compromise frame geometry or surface finish are removed from the lot.

PS, Acrylic & Canvas

PS and acrylic parts are checked for surface damage, color consistency and edge condition. Canvas is reviewed for fabric condition, coating consistency, flatness and the required material specification.

Hardware & Functional Parts

Hangers, stands, fasteners, hinges, magnets and related accessories are checked for finish, fit and operation before they are issued to assembly.

In-Process Inspection

Work-in-progress inspection follows cutting, joining and canvas mounting. Checks take place while component ends, joints and rear fixing points remain accessible.

After Cutting

Cut components are checked against the order dimensions before they are paired for assembly. Matching ends must meet at the specified angle, without chipped corners or rough cut faces that prevent a close joint.

After Joining

Joined frames are checked before canvas or backing covers the structure. Mating surfaces must sit flush, and fasteners must be fully seated without splitting the surrounding wood or projecting into the canvas contact area.

After Canvas Mounting

On stretched frames, rear folds and staple positions are checked for secure attachment without tearing the fabric. On canvas boards, the mounted fabric must lie against the base without trapped bubbles or lifted edges.

Product-Specific Inspection

Product-specific inspection assesses shape retention, magnetic attachment and support stability in the finished product.

Canvas & Shaped Frames

Stretched canvas must remain evenly tensioned, including around curves and angled transitions, without local sagging or puckering on the painting face. Round, oval, arched and irregular frames are also checked for distortion of the specified contour after stretching.

Magnetic Drawing Boards

For vertical display on a compatible steel surface, the board must remain in place under its own weight. The magnetic backing must stay bonded during removal and repositioning.

Easels & Display Supports

The opened support must stand without rocking with the intended canvas or board in place. On adjustable models, the mechanism must move without binding and hold the selected height or angle once locked.

Final Inspection & Packaging Check

Finished products receive a 100% inspection before packing. The final check confirms the product itself and the protection method used for shipment.

Finished-Product Verification

Appearance integrity, configuration, functional operation and accessory completeness are checked unit by unit before the product is cleared for packing.

Protection by Product Type

Protective film, OPP bags, pearl-cotton protection, flat boards, corner protection and corrugated outer cartons are selected according to the product's scratch, bend or impact risk.

Carton & Label Check

Packed quantity, product identification, shipping marks and carton condition are verified before the cartons are moved to the finished-goods area.

Traceability & Documentation

Inspection information is tied to the order and production lot so material, process and packing issues can be traced back to the relevant stage instead of being treated as isolated finished-goods defects.

Carton & Label Check

Product specification, production lot and packing identification are connected to the inspection record for the shipment.

Inspection & Corrective Records

Key findings, rework or replacement actions and recheck results are retained with the corresponding production record.

Third-Party Inspection Access

Independent inspection can be arranged before shipment, with the relevant order, product and packing information available for verification.
