Start with a Meihe product design and create a new version for your range. Our in-house development team adapts the product concept and prepares renderings for review before a physical sample is made.
Customizable Options
Canvas & support structure
Choose cotton canvas stretched over a pine or MDF frame, or a canvas-faced panel with an MDF or cardboard core. Framed canvases retain a raised profile; panels provide a flat format for drawing-board ranges.
Printed artwork
Choose an unprinted painting surface, single-colour line art or colour-printed graphics. Line art leaves open areas for painting; colour printing adds finished illustrations and backgrounds.
Decorative effects
Add gold-foil or holographic accents to DIY canvas designs. Identify the areas that receive the effect separately from the paintable outline so that reflective details remain part of the finished artwork.

Product Development & Sampling
Design Development
Our in-house designers develop product renderings from technical drawings, reference samples or an existing Meihe design. The rendering shows the artwork placement and proportions within the selected product outline before physical sampling begins.
Physical Sample Production
We produce a physical sample from the confirmed design, combining the specified construction with the artwork and decorative treatment. The finished piece presents the actual surface texture, print placement and assembled form in a single sample for review.
Sample Approval
Meihe submits the completed sample for confirmation before production. The approved physical sample establishes the finished appearance and construction for the order, while the corresponding design provides the artwork reference.
OEM/ODM Process
Quotation & order release
Submit quantities by item and the required dispatch date. The quotation establishes the product scope, unit price and delivery terms; confirm these against the purchase order before production is scheduled.
Production & progress updates
Meihe provides updates during production so that manufacturing progress and the dispatch plan stay visible. Product assembly and packing follow the confirmed order configuration.
Inspection & shipment
Finished-product checks cover appearance and canvas flatness. Foil-frame checks also cover foil adhesion and paint-container seals. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is accepted.

Picture Frames &
Shaped Canvases
Square DIY gold-foil frames are available in 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12-inch sizes, plus a separate 15 × 15 cm format. Round white canvases are stretched over wooden frames and range from 20 to 60 cm in diameter.
Drawing Boards
Printed canvas boards have an MDF or cardboard core, a 2.5 mm thickness and square formats from 6 × 6 to 12 × 12 inches. Canvas-front magnetic boards are 4 mm thick, with square options from 5 × 5 to 8 × 8 inches and a soft magnetic backing for compatible iron or steel surfaces.
Easels &
Display Sets
Solid pine easels are available in 20 × 30 cm and 24 × 40 cm sizes, using 1.1 × 1.1 cm wood strips. The mini set pairs a 10 × 12 cm canvas with a 12 × 18 cm easel, with paints and brushes selectable as set components.
Packaging & Branding
Retail identity
Private-label packaging combines your logo with product information in the required language. Provide the final barcode and item code with the packaging artwork, keeping any age guidance and warnings specific to the finished product and destination market.
Protection around the product
Individual shrink wrap is used for framed canvases and easels; flat magnetic frames use OPP bags with rigid cardboard backing. Specify protective separation between canvas faces and rear hardware-shrink film alone does not provide structural transit protection.
Case packs & carton marking
Pine easels have standard case packs of 12 or 24 pieces. Colour-printing drawing boards have packs of 100 or 140 pieces. State the assortment for each carton and include the item code, piece count and carton number in the shipping marks.
