Organic Outlines for Mixed-Shape Wall Arrangements

The freeform perimeter combines curves and angled sections rather than following a rectangular or circular boundary. When it is placed between straight-sided prints, these changes in direction create varied spaces around the artwork and interrupt an otherwise uniform grid. The shape becomes part of the wall composition even where the printed motif is simple. It works particularly well in staggered arrangements where the pieces share a decorative theme but do not need identical outlines or perfectly aligned upper edges.

Cotton Canvas Already Fitted to the Decorative Profile

The 100% cotton canvas is stretched over an MDF or pine support that follows the selected outline. Artwork is therefore presented on a shaped textile surface, not on a rectangular sheet placed inside an irregular border. Where a motif extends towards a curved or angled edge, the working surface and the finished silhouette remain part of the same assembled piece. The support stays behind the canvas during display, so there is no separate paper insert to position within the opening of a decorative frame.

OEM production starts from a dimensioned contour drawing or a physical reference; ODM development can begin with an outline from our existing shape library. Our design team prepares a rendering to establish the proportions and artwork placement before tooling. The confirmed design is used to prepare the shaped support, followed by canvas mounting and the specified plain or printed finish. A physical sample brings the outline, surface and assembled construction together for approval before production. New collections can use a common design theme across several separately specified contours.

Incoming canvas is checked for visible fabric faults and surface contamination before it is cut for mounting. Frame components are examined for cracks, deformation and damaged cut edges. Parts that would leave a rough canvas-contact surface or prevent the support from following the intended profile are separated before assembly, while the affected areas remain accessible.

After stretching, each irregular contour is compared with the approved drawing rather than assessed from its maximum width and height alone. Checks cover the projecting points, recessed curves and transitions between curved and straight sections. The painting face must have no local slack or raised folds. Pieces with edge wrinkles are returned for re-stretching and checked again before they proceed.

Every finished unit receives inspection before packing. The final check covers the visible surface, assembled condition and rear attachment of the canvas; unresolved defects are held for correction instead of being concealed by packaging. Inspection and recheck results remain associated with the order. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is accepted, and inspection reports are available with the shipment.
