A Window-Like Outline Built into the Painting Surface

The rounded crown and straight lower boundary create an architectural outline within the support itself. In a design showing a doorway, a window scene or an ornamental panel, the outer shape becomes part of the image rather than an additional frame placed around a rectangular painting. The composition can extend toward the crown while retaining straight sides below it. This gives an architecture-themed project a physical arch, not only an arch drawn inside a square canvas.

Printed Line Work for Guided Painting

Single-color artwork supplies a starting composition on the cotton surface while leaving the final palette open. During a lesson using a windowpane or decorative-panel design, the printed boundaries remain on the actual painting face, eliminating a separate tracing stage. Participants work from the same basic arrangement but can interpret the colors differently. The design therefore provides a shared structure for the activity without requiring every finished piece to reproduce an identical color scheme.

A Raised Support That Remains with the Finished Image

The canvas is mounted on a frame with a 1.5 cm profile, combining the curved top and straight-sided base in one assembled support. When the project is completed, the painted fabric stays attached to the structure on which it was created. There is no need to remove the image from a temporary surface or stretch it around a second arch. The crown, sides and lower edge retain their relationship throughout painting and subsequent decorative display.

An arch drawing, physical sample or existing Meihe design provides the starting point for custom production. The required width and height establish the outline, while the supplied illustration is developed within the crown and straight sides. Windowpane divisions, a central motif or a decorative border are positioned to suit that outline before printing. The design rendering presents the intended proportions and artwork placement, and the physical sample combines the selected print with the assembled support. Meihe manufactures the approved version through frame preparation, single-color printing and canvas mounting, with private-label packaging prepared for the resulting product shape and brand identity.

Canvas and support materials are inspected before processing, followed by semi-finished checks during frame preparation and assembly. Cut edges and connections remain accessible at this stage, allowing chipped contact faces, poorly seated joints and projecting fasteners to be identified before the fabric is applied. The approved design and sample also provide the appearance reference for the printed surface.

The mounted frame is checked around the arch crown and the transitions into the straight sides. Inspection covers distortion of the specified outline, localized puckering on the face and fabric gathering at the rear. Fixing points must hold the fabric without tearing it or leaving projecting parts in contact with the canvas. The curved section is examined together with the lower corners rather than treated as a separate decorative detail.

A 100% finished-product inspection takes place before packing. Appearance, product configuration and packing identification are verified against the order, and pieces requiring correction are held separately until they pass reinspection. Inspection results and corrective actions are retained with the corresponding production record. Independent pre-shipment inspection is accepted for both the assembled frames and the packed goods.
