White Canvas Painting Frame and Easel Set

An Unprinted White Cotton Painting Face
The canvas face uses 100% cotton and carries no printed subject or outline. During a freehand activity, the painter starts on a white textile surface rather than working around an existing illustration. Backgrounds, lettering and individual subjects can be composed directly on the canvas, and the woven texture remains part of the finished piece instead of a smooth paper-print surface.
A Compact 10 × 12 cm Framed Canvas
The standard canvas measures 10 × 12 cm and uses 15 × 15 mm inner-frame strips. At a shared craft table, this small rectangular format keeps each project within a compact working area while retaining a physical edge for handling. The framed picture can be lifted by its perimeter when moving the work, rather than treating the painting surface as a loose sheet.
A Pine Easel for Independent Tabletop Display
The paired easel measures 12 × 18 cm and is made with 11 × 11 mm pine strips. When the completed canvas is displayed on a desk or shelf, the stand provides its own support behind the picture instead of requiring it to lean against a wall. The separate canvas and easel form a small display arrangement that can be placed as a complete set.

We manufacture from a reference set, dimensional drawing or a selected canvas-and-easel combination. The frame outline and stand dimensions are developed together, with MDF or pine specified for the inner canvas frame and pine used for the easel. A physical sample presents the assembled pairing before production begins. The confirmed construction then guides component preparation and assembly, while branded labels and packaging artwork are developed for the individual set, including its product identity and chosen gift or classroom presentation.

Wood and frame components are inspected before assembly for cracks, rough edges and damaged joint faces. Cutting checks verify the required component dimensions before matching pieces are joined. Canvas is screened for contamination and surface defects that would remain visible on the unprinted white face.

During assembly, inspection covers corner joints, canvas rear folds and fixing points. Fasteners must be seated without protruding into handling or canvas-contact areas. The intended canvas is placed on the easel to check seating and rocking, and components with poor fit or visible damage are held for correction before the set reaches packing.

All finished sets receive inspection before packing. The final check verifies the assembled configuration and component completeness, followed by the individual wrapping and carton identification. Corrected or replaced parts are reinspected as part of the completed set, and order-linked inspection records are retained. Third-party inspection is accepted.
