Arched Picture Frame Set

Separate Painting Faces for a Connected Story

Each arch provides an individual canvas within the overall set, allowing related scenes to be painted separately before they are arranged together. In a narrative class project, one participant can work on one scene while another develops the next, without both sharing a single working surface. The pieces can later be placed in sequence. A connected composition is therefore built from complete individual paintings, rather than from a large picture that must be divided after completion.

A Consistent 1.5 cm Depth Across Different Sizes

The frames share a 1.5 cm MDF profile even when their widths and heights differ. In an arrangement using a larger central arch and smaller neighboring pieces, the variation comes from the face dimensions while the nominal side depth stays consistent. The frames do not introduce unrelated profile thicknesses into the same grouping. This supports a coordinated presentation in which the painted scenes and relative sizes establish the hierarchy of the finished display.

A Built-In Crown for Window and Panel Themes

The combination of a curved top and straight lower edge gives every painting an architectural boundary. When several arches carry related interior views, landscape windows or decorative panels, their shared silhouette connects the series before color or subject is considered. Each canvas retains its own outline rather than appearing as a rectangular fragment cut from a larger image. The repeated crowns provide a common visual structure while the separate paintings carry different details.

Meihe develops arch combinations from a grouping drawing, a reference arrangement or an existing set design. The brief identifies the relative proportions of the pieces and the relationship between their illustrations, so each frame is prepared as part of the same collection. A central feature with smaller companions and a sequence of similarly sized scenes require different layouts; the rendering shows the chosen arrangement before the complete sample is produced. Frame preparation, artwork production and canvas mounting follow the configuration for each piece. Private-label packaging brings the grouping together under one product identity and carries the corresponding set description and brand artwork.

Raw-material and semi-finished inspections cover the canvas and support components before set assembly. Each piece is checked against its required dimensions and appearance reference, with the set configuration identifying which components belong together. Inspection records remain tied to the corresponding order, allowing a frame intended for one arrangement to be distinguished from a visually similar piece used in another product grouping.

After mounting, each arch is reviewed for crown distortion, puckering at the curved transitions and damage around the rear folds. Support joints and fastener seating are checked before the canvas conceals them. The assembled grouping is then assessed against the specified combination, including the number and identity of the frames, as well as the appearance of each individual painting surface.

Every finished set receives a 100% inspection before packing. Appearance integrity, configuration and product identification are verified together with the required packed quantity and carton condition. Nonconforming pieces are held for correction or replacement, then checked again before they return to the set. The production record retains the inspection outcome, and independent pre-shipment inspection is accepted.
