The Arched Wood Painting Frame is an arched stretched-canvas product for decorative artwork and guided painting projects. It is used in café and restaurant interiors, boutique accommodation, home entryways and gift collections. The range accommodates both finished wall-art themes and craft designs intended to be completed as an individual painting.

A Rounded Crown Above a Straight-Sided Image Area

The arched profile combines a curved top with a lower body that retains straight sides and a level bottom edge. In an upright botanical or architectural composition, the crown forms a curved boundary over the subject while the lower section provides room for stems, building details or a supporting background. Formats from 5 × 7 to 9 × 12 in. accommodate compact artwork without turning the whole image area into a circle. Alongside rectangular pictures, the arch changes the upper silhouette while retaining a clearly upright presentation.

Single-Colour Printed Guides for Paint-Over Designs

The canvas is available plain or with a single-colour print on its MDF-supported construction. For a guided colouring project, the printed version places the line drawing on the actual arched canvas before the painting activity begins. The user follows a motif already arranged for the crown and lower section rather than transferring a rectangular template onto the shaped surface. Open areas within the drawing remain available for painting, allowing the supplied outline to organise the image without pre-filling it with a completed multicolour illustration.

Provide a dimensioned arch drawing or a reference sample, together with the artwork for a single-colour version. We develop the crown radius and overall proportions, including full and shallower arch profiles, from that specification. Dedicated tooling is used to prepare the support before canvas stretching and the specified surface treatment. A design rendering establishes the shape and print placement for review, followed by a physical sample of the assembled product. OEM production follows the confirmed design, while ODM development adapts an existing arched format to the required collection.

MDF components are checked for chipped edges, cracks and uneven cut faces before assembly. The cut profile is compared with the approved arch design, including the relationship between the crown and the straight sides. Tooling is maintained and calibrated for repeat production; an incorrect curve is addressed before canvas mounting rather than left to the stretching stage.

After mounting, inspection concentrates on the crown and the two transitions where the curve meets the side sections. Canvas must remain evenly tensioned across these changes in direction, without raised folds on the face or distortion of the specified outline. Rear staples and fabric folds are checked for secure attachment, with torn fabric and projecting fasteners held for correction.

Every finished frame receives a pre-packing inspection of its surface and assembled condition. On single-colour versions, the printed design is checked for visible defects and its position within the approved outline. Nonconforming units are separated, corrected and rechecked before release. Final inspection results remain associated with the order, and third-party verification is accepted before shipment.
