The triangle combines a pointed apex with straight sides, establishing a clear direction within the painting surface. For a mountain motif or a pattern that converges toward one point, the outer shape follows that arrangement rather than enclosing it within an unrelated square. The canvas can also be oriented with the point upward, downward or to the side as part of the composition. The direction is supplied by the physical outline, not only by lines painted inside it.

Single-Color Artwork with Space for Individual Color Choices

The printed design establishes the initial composition on cotton canvas without determining every color used in the finished work. In a group painting activity, participants can begin with the same line arrangement while interpreting the palette differently. The image is already positioned inside the sloping sides, so a separate drawing does not have to be transferred before painting. A themed series can retain a common visual starting point while still containing individually painted pieces.

Support Sections Sized for Different Canvas Formats

The frame section changes from 1.5 × 2.0 cm for the 6 × 6-inch format to 1.5 × 2.5 cm for the 9 × 9 through 12 × 12-inch formats. The larger versions therefore use a broader supporting section while retaining the 1.5 cm profile dimension. Across an assortment of project sizes, the construction is not simply one smallest-size frame member repeated at every scale. The mounted canvas stays on that support throughout painting and later decorative use.

The drawing establishes the side relationships and intended orientation, while the artwork defines the composition within the sloping boundaries. A supplied motif is positioned for the triangular viewing area before single-color printing, with essential detail kept inside the front face. The physical sample combines the prepared support and mounted printed canvas so the complete outline can be reviewed rather than inferred from a rectangular artwork file. Private-label production follows the selected design, and packaging artwork is prepared with the corresponding brand identity and product information.

Incoming material inspection covers canvas condition and the support components before processing. The specified fabric and finished appearance are checked against the order requirements, with the approved artwork serving as the reference for the printed design. Frame parts are examined during preparation and assembly, while cut faces and connections are still accessible and can be corrected before they are covered.

The three points and their adjoining edges receive attention after canvas mounting. Inspection checks whether the specified triangular contour has been retained and whether stretching has introduced puckering on the face. Rear folds are reviewed for tears and incomplete fixing, and fasteners must not project into the canvas contact area. The face, perimeter and rear attachment areas are included in the finished-product review.

Completed products undergo 100% inspection before packing. Finished appearance, configuration and product identity are verified together with the required carton information and packed quantity. Items that need correction are separated, then rechecked after rework or replacement before release. Inspection results remain linked to the corresponding production lot, and independent pre-shipment inspection is accepted.
