A Painting Project Supplied as One Defined Set

The circular canvas can be combined with selected paints, brushes or markers instead of being supplied only as a standalone painting support. In a workshop using a specified tool combination, the assembled set can be handed to each participant without separately gathering that combination from several cartons. Accessories remain optional rather than universal: a paint-and-brush version and a marker-based version are different set configurations, each built around the intended activity.

Round Geometry for Radial and Repeating Designs

The circular face gives mandalas, wreaths and other center-led patterns a continuous curved boundary. When a composition repeats around its center, the canvas follows the same outline without adding rectangular corner areas outside the design. During painting, the round support can be turned to bring a different section toward the user. After completion, the perimeter still forms part of the artwork, preserving the circular arrangement rather than placing it inside an unrelated rectangular surface.

A Mounted Canvas Ready for the Activity Table

Cotton canvas is already stretched over a 1.5 cm MDF frame, keeping fabric preparation out of the painting session. The set does not begin with loose canvas that must be aligned, tensioned and fixed before use. When materials are laid out for a group activity, the support is ready as an assembled painting surface. The completed image stays attached to that same frame, so the project moves from painting to display without an additional canvas-stretching stage.

Meihe develops each circular set from the activity brief, the intended canvas dimensions and the required component list. A supplied illustration can become the basis of a guided project, while the painting-tool combination is specified for that particular version rather than applied to every set. Development brings the artwork and physical components together in an assembled sample, showing how the finished activity product is presented. Production follows the approved combination through frame preparation, canvas mounting and set assembly. Private-label packaging is developed with the corresponding brand identity, product description and item information, so the outer presentation describes the actual contents of the completed set.

The frame, canvas and selected set components are inspected before final assembly. Material checks cover the support condition and the fabric specification, while the approved product reference defines the appearance and configuration for the order. A change in the required set contents is reflected in that configuration, allowing the completed product to be checked against a defined combination rather than a generic painting-kit description.

After mounting, the circular support is reviewed for contour distortion, and the painting face is checked for uneven tension, localized sagging and puckering. Inspection also covers rear folds and fixing points, where fabric tears or projecting fasteners can remain hidden from a front-only view. The support and its attachment details are assessed before the selected components are brought together for final packing.

Every assembled set receives a 100% inspection before packing, including verification of the specified component assortment. Finished appearance, accessory completeness, product identification and carton condition are included in the final release checks. Sets needing correction are held separately and rechecked before shipment. Inspection records remain linked to the order, and independent pre-shipment verification is accepted.
