The printing process accommodates full-color artwork, including compositions with dark background areas. In an illustration where bright characters sit against a night scene or a deep-colored backdrop, the background and foreground are reproduced as part of the same picture. This creates a complete decorative image without a separate hand-painted background stage and keeps the original color relationships within the printed composition.
 

Woven Canvas Instead of a Flat Paper Surface
The image is printed on 100% cotton canvas and presented in a stretched-frame format. When the picture is viewed at close range beside other room accessories, the woven surface gives the illustration a textile character rather than a paper-poster finish. The image and its canvas texture remain visible together, making the material itself part of the decorative presentation.
 

Shared Square Formats Across a Picture Series
Sizes from 6 × 6 to 12 × 12 inches retain a square outline across the range. For an alphabet sequence, animal collection or group of matching room pictures, the shared proportions keep the wall arrangement regular even when the artwork differs. Custom production starts with a complete illustration file, a themed reference collection or an existing Meihe design. Our design team adapts the placement of characters, lettering and surrounding graphic elements to each selected frame format. For a coordinated series, the artwork is developed as a group so that the subjects and border treatment follow the same collection layout. Renderings are prepared before physical sampling, and the confirmed printed sample establishes the version used for manufacture and branded presentation.

Incoming canvas and frame parts are checked for surface damage and dimensional suitability before the artwork is printed. During printing, inspectors compare the image with the confirmed reference, focusing on color registration, incomplete image areas and contamination that interrupts the illustration. Incorrectly printed work is held before it reaches stretching.

Assembly checks cover corner folds, rear fastening and the appearance of the picture after the canvas has been tensioned. Loose fixing points, local puckering and handling marks are identified before the frame is released. The inspection examines the assembled image, not only the canvas sheet before it is fitted to the support.

Finished pictures receive 100% inspection before packing. Separator paper protects printed faces from direct rubbing against adjacent pieces, and carton contents are checked against the order identification. Reworked or replaced pictures return for inspection before release; third-party inspection is accepted.
