In rows of matching pictures, equal width and height allow the outside edges to follow a regular grid while the subjects change from frame to frame. We manufacture from supplied artwork, a reference picture or a design selected from our collection. The layout is adapted to the required frame format, with the visible composition and image-wrap area developed together so that key subjects remain on the picture face. A rendering establishes the layout before a physical printed sample brings the artwork and assembled frame together. Production follows that confirmed version, while branded labels and packaging are prepared for the individual item or coordinated collection.

Quality Control

Canvas and frame components are inspected before printing and assembly. Material checks cover fabric contamination, creasing and visible defects, while the frame parts are examined for straightness and damaged joint surfaces. Components that would leave a distorted picture outline or a marked image area are separated before they enter the next operation.

During printing and stretching, the picture is compared with the approved artwork reference for missing details, displaced colors and incorrect positioning. Rear folds and fixing points are inspected while they remain accessible, including loose attachment, protruding staples and torn fabric. Nonconforming work is held for correction rather than passed directly to packing.

Every completed frame receives inspection before packing. Final checks cover the assembled appearance, surface marks and the specified protective arrangement. Corrected pieces are reinspected, and inspection information is retained against the order and production lot. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is accepted.
