Meihe develops the frame from the required display dimensions, a technical drawing or a physical reference. The specification records the outside dimensions and intended picture format while retaining the flexible magnetic material and unprinted surface. Our development team prepares a rendering before the physical sample is made. The sample establishes the finished proportions and construction for the order, and production follows that confirmed reference. Custom size development covers multiple specifications rather than one fixed frame dimension. Private-label graphics are carried on the selected retail packaging, with the required product information, barcode and language version kept separate from the plain product surface.

Quality Control

Our frame-production inspection sequence begins with the specified flexible magnetic material and prepared components. Surface condition, edge damage and dimensions are checked before the product is completed. The material and plain surface must agree with the order reference, and parts outside those requirements are separated before they continue through production. The flexible material is reviewed before completion, with the selected dimensions and plain surface used as the product reference.

Work-in-progress inspection takes place while the frame surfaces and edges remain accessible. Finish, fit and functional operation are checked against the confirmed configuration, and the unprinted appearance is compared with the approved reference. Components requiring correction are held out of the next stage rather than covered by packaging. The inspection reference remains the specified magnetic frame and its finished dimensions throughout production.

Every finished product receives inspection before packing for appearance, configuration, function and completeness. Reworked or replacement units return to the relevant checkpoint before release. Order and production-lot records identify the inspections completed, and customer-appointed third-party inspection is accepted. Packing protection is selected for the flexible frame and its edges, using the confirmed product configuration to determine the protected areas.
