The inner frame uses a 1.7 x 2.3 cm MDF strip and the decorative PS outer frame uses a 3 x 3 cm profile. The inner structure supports the canvas while the outer profile creates the visible finished border, separating structural support from the decorative surface treatment.

Custom Gold Square Photo Frames
Customization begins with the artwork file, finished dimensions and the required gold-foil position. The image is prepared for color printing with localized gold foil on polyester canvas, then paired with the MDF inner frame and PS outer profile. The approved sample defines the pattern, foil placement and packaging for production.

Quality Control
Canvas printing is checked for color consistency and image clarity before foil processing. The foil stage is inspected for placement accuracy, clean edges and adhesion so metallic areas do not show missing patches, wrinkles or unintended transfer onto neighboring printed areas.
MDF and PS frame components are checked for straightness and finish condition, then the assembled frame is checked for diagonal squareness, miter closure and canvas tension. Special attention is given to contact points where the decorative foil surface could be scratched during assembly.
Every completed frame is inspected before packing for print defects, foil damage, frame-joint gaps and surface marks. Third-party inspection can be accepted before shipment.
