A 1.7 x 2.3 cm MDF inner frame supports the stretched canvas while the stainless-steel section forms the visible exterior border. This layered construction allows the print support to remain broad enough for the canvas while keeping the finished metal edge comparatively slim.

The artwork uses 280 g polyester canvas with color printing. For office, hotel and retail wall-art projects, the image is presented on a fabric canvas within the frame rather than requiring the customer to insert a separate printed photograph.

Quality Control
Stainless profiles are checked for scratches, dents, surface inconsistency and sharp unfinished edges before assembly. MDF inner strips and printed canvas are checked separately for straightness, clean surfaces and visible print defects.
During assembly, metal corner alignment, miter closure, canvas tension and overall diagonal dimensions are checked. Contact areas are protected during handling so metal surfaces do not pick up avoidable assembly scratches.
Final inspection checks frame surface, printed canvas, frame-joint condition and overall squareness before packing. The factory uses a 100% pre-packing check and can accept third-party inspection before shipment.
