This is a physical printed-canvas product for decorative display, not an electronic photo frame with a screen or app-controlled image playback.

Digital Artwork Printed on 100% Cotton Canvas

The image is printed onto the cotton canvas itself, bringing the graphic and the woven surface together in one artwork. When illustrations or repeated patterns are viewed at close range, the visible face is textile rather than a loose photographic print inserted behind a frame opening. The image is presented within the irregular outline as part of the canvas surface. This construction suits designs where the artwork should retain a canvas appearance while carrying a fully prepared illustration, brand theme or decorative pattern.

A Finished Print Already Mounted to Its Shaped Support

The finished-product version combines the printed canvas with its supporting frame before delivery. For a display assembled from completed artwork, no separate print cutting, canvas stretching or image insertion is required at the installation stage. The print and contour arrive as one physical piece, with the image positioned for the selected outline. Unlike a loose printed canvas intended for later mounting, the supplied artwork already has its assembled form, leaving the display arrangement and wall fixing to be completed at the destination.

Supply the original artwork, finished dimensions and contour design for OEM manufacture, or start from an existing profile for ODM development. Our designers prepare a rendering to coordinate the image with the outline before physical sampling. Digital printing, support preparation, canvas stretching and packing are completed in-house. For a seasonal series that retains the same shape and dimensions, a revised print file can be used with the established support profile; artwork changes and contour changes are specified separately. The approved sample defines the finished appearance and assembled construction for the order.

Canvas and supporting components are inspected before printing and assembly. Fabric defects, visible contamination and damaged frame parts are removed before they affect the finished image surface. The specified construction and material condition are checked together, so print production does not begin on canvas already carrying a visible fault.

Printed canvases are examined for visible image defects and correct placement within the required contour. Mounting checks then assess the assembled piece, including whether edge folds intrude onto the image face and whether the canvas is evenly tensioned around changes in direction. Rear fixings are inspected for secure attachment without tearing the fabric or damaging the support.

Every completed unit receives inspection before packing. The final review checks the supplied design, overall appearance and assembled condition against the order reference. Incorrect prints or defective assemblies are separated for correction or replacement and rechecked before release. Inspection and recheck results remain linked to the order, and third-party verification is accepted before shipment.
