A White Cotton Canvas for the Artwork

The display surface is high-weight pure-cotton white cloth. During a painting project, the artwork is created on the canvas itself instead of being inserted as a paper photograph between transparent panels. The white fabric forms the visible working surface within the square format. This keeps the painted composition and its textile support together as one canvas artwork. The white cloth establishes the background, and the square frame defines the field available for the composition.

A Thickened Frame for Larger Displays

The inner frame uses a thickened professional-style construction intended for large-size display. Where a larger canvas is presented on a gallery or residential wall, the wooden structure remains the support for the fabric and the outer boundary of the work. The support remains behind the artwork while the cloth provides the visible front. The thickened construction brings the fabric and its wooden perimeter together in a format intended for larger square compositions and finished wall displays.

Wall Hanging with Matching Invisible Hangers

Matching invisible hangers are supplied for wall installation. When a completed work is placed in a gallery display or home wall arrangement, the mounting components are matched to the canvas-frame assembly. The frame is presented as wall-hung artwork, with the hanging components separate from the visible canvas face. The hanging hardware supports the specified wall-display format while the canvas face remains reserved for the visible artwork.

Custom Square Cotton Canvas Frames

Custom production starts with a frame drawing or physical reference defining the square canvas dimensions and supporting-frame format. The selected wooden construction and white cotton cloth are specified together before the sample is made. Meihe's development team prepares a rendering, followed by a physical sample that presents the canvas and thickened frame as one product. The sample establishes the assembled appearance and construction for the order. Multiple square size specifications can be customized, and production and packing follow the confirmed wall-hanging configuration. Private-label packaging can carry the collection name, brand graphics and product information, including the required language and item identification.

Incoming wooden frame components and canvas are checked for material conformity, visible damage and surface condition before assembly. The inspection addresses the frame parts and white fabric themselves rather than judging their condition through protective packing. Supplied installation components are reviewed for finish and fit before being issued to assembly, and components outside the order requirements are held separately.

The assembled canvas frame is checked against its specified construction and surface requirements. Inspection covers the joined frame, mounted canvas and supplied hanging components as parts of the same wall-display product. The completed configuration is examined together, so the result is assessed as a framed canvas rather than a set of individually acceptable loose components. Items needing correction are held until the relevant assembly or surface issue has been addressed.

Every finished unit receives inspection before packing for appearance, function and completeness. Reworked or replacement units are verified again before release, with records connected to the order and production lot. Customer-appointed third-party inspection is accepted. Packing protection is selected for the canvas face, wooden frame edges and supplied hanging components in the completed assembly.
