Built-In Iron-Sheet Magnetic Backing

An iron-sheet layer is built behind the canvas instead of exposing a metal work surface. In activities where magnets are moved repeatedly across the picture, the magnetic response is available through the working face while the user still paints on a conventional canvas texture.

Guided Monochrome Coloring Surface

The 280 g cotton canvas carries a single-color printed design that can be colored directly. In classroom activities, the printed outlines define the work area while the magnetic backing adds a second interaction layer for movable letters, shapes or decorative pieces.

Size-Based Frame Strip Construction

The 6 in. format uses a 1.5 x 2.0 cm strip, the 8 in. format uses 1.5 x 2.3 cm, and 9, 10 and 12 in. formats use 1.5 x 2.5 cm. The frame section increases with size to support both canvas tension and the added iron-sheet layer.

Customization is based on the artwork file and finished frame dimensions. The single-color printed cotton canvas is matched to the MDF frame with its built-in iron sheet. The approved sample defines the size, pattern and packaging, while the magnetic construction remains part of the product.

The iron-sheet backing is checked for flatness, clean edges and correct fit inside the frame before the canvas is stretched. The magnetic response is verified with a reference magnet across representative areas so weak contact caused by gaps or incorrect assembly can be identified.

Printed canvas is checked for line clarity and registration, then inspected again after stretching for skew, wrinkles or pressure marks. Frame squareness and tension are checked because the added metal layer can affect how the canvas sits if the internal stack is not aligned.

Final inspection covers magnetic response, frame condition, printed surface and set completeness before packing. Every unit is checked before packing, and third-party inspection can be accepted when required.
