The DIY Canvas Panel Frame is a single-color line-art painting canvas made from 280 g cotton canvas stretched over an MDF or pine inner frame. It is used for children's coloring activities, art-training classes, holiday craft programs, supermarket craft sets and online creative kits where users paint directly over a pre-printed outline.

The artwork is printed directly on 280 g cotton canvas using a single-color process. During guided painting, the existing design provides the starting layout on the working surface, avoiding a separate step of transferring the artwork from paper before the activity begins.
Size-Matched Stretcher Construction
The 6 in. frame uses a 1.5 x 2.0 cm strip, the 8 in. frame uses 1.5 x 2.3 cm, and 9, 10 and 12 in. frames use 1.5 x 2.5 cm. Matching the rail section to the canvas size helps maintain surface tension while keeping the finished kit compact.
Pre-Stretched Ready-to-Paint Format
The canvas is supplied already tensioned on its inner frame, so the user does not need a separate board, clips or stretching step. In short classroom sessions and holiday workshops, painting can begin immediately after the set is opened.

Custom DIY Canvas Panel Frames
Customization is based on the artwork file and finished canvas dimensions. The pattern is prepared for single-color printing on cotton canvas, then matched to the selected MDF or pine frame. Size, pattern and packaging are confirmed in the production sample, with carton quantity adjustable to the order.

Quality Control
Incoming canvas is checked for surface defects and consistent material weight, while frame strips are checked for straightness and size. The printing stage is inspected for line breaks, blurred edges and visible registration shift before stretching.
After stretching, canvas tension, frame squareness and corner condition are checked so the printed image does not skew across the finished frame. The surface is inspected for folds, pressure marks and contamination that could remain visible after painting.
Paint packs are checked for sealing and the brush is counted with the approved accessories. Each set receives 100% pre-packing inspection, and third-party inspection can be accepted before shipment.
