Quality Control

The high-density board frame and acrylic rhinestone components undergo raw-material self-inspection. Material identity and visible component condition are checked before the parts enter production.

Semi-finished frame assemblies are checked before the sets are completed. The frame body and adhesive-backed decorating surface are included in this stage, with the rhinestone packs compared against the approved set configuration.

Every finished set is inspected before packing for frame condition and accessory completeness. The final inspection includes the application tools and printed reference supplied with the set. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment.
