The pattern is developed for the combined diamond-sticking and painting format, then matched to cotton canvas on the selected MDF or pine frame. The approved sample defines the size, pattern and packaging for production.

Quality Control
Cotton canvas and MDF or pine components undergo raw-material self-inspection. The frame material and painting surface are checked against the approved sample before assembly.
Semi-finished products are inspected for the combined diamond-sticking and painting design, canvas condition and frame assembly. The inspection follows the approved product configuration before the painting accessories are combined with the frame.
Each finished set is checked before packing, including the frame, two 2 ml six-pot paint strips and one wooden brush. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment.
