The Gold Foil Digital Frame is a framed painting set combining cotton canvas, an MDF or pine frame, gold foil powder and black single-color printing. Customization
Custom Gold Foil Printed Canvas Frames
Customization is based on the artwork file and finished canvas dimensions. The pattern is prepared for black single-color printing combined with gold foil powder, then matched to cotton canvas and the selected MDF or pine frame. Size, pattern and packaging are fixed through the approved sample before production.

Quality Control
Cotton canvas, frame components and materials for the gold foil powder finish undergo raw-material self-inspection. The material combination is checked against the approved sample before printing and assembly.
Semi-finished products are inspected for black print condition, the gold decorative finish and frame assembly. The printed and decorative areas are compared with the approved artwork before the set is completed.
The two paint strips and wooden brush are checked with the finished frame before every set receives pre-packing inspection. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment.
