Quality Control
Blank cotton canvas is checked for stains, weave defects and surface damage before assembly. The iron-sheet insert is checked for flatness and clean edges so it sits behind the canvas without creating visible ridges or pressure points.
After assembly, canvas condition, frame squareness and magnetic response are checked. The unprinted face is inspected again because small surface marks remain visible without an artwork pattern over them.
Finished units receive 100% pre-packing inspection for surface condition and frame assembly. Each unit is individually shrink-wrapped before carton packing. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment.
