Luminous and Fluorescent Craft Finish

The core craft combines luminous and fluorescent effects on a framed painting product. In night-themed artwork and decorative craft projects, this finish adds a light-effect element alongside the painted design, creating a different presentation from a conventional printed canvas alone.

Cotton Canvas on an Inner Frame

The product combines 280 g cotton canvas with an MDF or pine inner frame. During the painting activity, the canvas is presented as a framed surface rather than loose fabric, keeping the art material and its supporting structure together throughout the project.

Frame Strip Sized to Canvas Format

The 6 in. frame uses a 1.5 x 2.0 cm strip, the 8 in. frame uses 1.5 x 2.3 cm, and 9, 10 and 12 in. formats use 1.5 x 2.5 cm. This size-based construction keeps the canvas supported as the luminous design area increases.

Custom DIY Luminous Picture Frames

Customization is based on the artwork file and finished frame dimensions. The pattern is prepared for the luminous and fluorescent finish on cotton canvas and matched to the selected MDF or pine frame. Size, artwork and packaging are fixed through the approved sample for production.

Cotton canvas and MDF or pine frame components undergo raw-material self-inspection before production. The material configuration is checked against the approved sample before the luminous and fluorescent craft finish is applied.

Semi-finished frames are inspected for the artwork finish, canvas condition and assembled frame. The luminous and fluorescent treatment is included in this inspection stage before the set moves to final packing.

The two paint strips and wooden brush are checked with the finished frame before every set receives pre-packing inspection. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment.
