The artwork is printed on 280 g polyester canvas, which provides a uniform surface for full-color graphics. In large wall images viewed from both near and mid-distance, the consistent weave supports clean printed edges and broad color areas across the canvas face.

The format range includes square sizes of 40 x 40, 50 x 50 and 60 x 60 cm, alongside rectangular sizes of 40 x 60, 50 x 70 and 60 x 90 cm. This gives wall-art layouts both compact square compositions and taller or wider rectangular image areas within the same frame construction.

Custom Ornament Frames for Photos
Customization is developed from the artwork file and finished frame dimensions. The image is prepared for color printing on polyester canvas and paired with the MDF inner frame and PS outer profile. Size, pattern and packaging are confirmed through the approved sample for production.

Quality Control
Printed canvas is checked for color consistency, visible banding, image defects and surface marks before framing. MDF inner strips and PS outer profiles are checked for straightness, clean cut surfaces and finish consistency against the approved sample.
Frame assembly is checked for miter closure, diagonal squareness, canvas tension and correct seating between the inner and outer structures. The assembled perimeter and canvas are checked together before the frame reaches the packing stage.
Final inspection covers print defects, frame-joint gaps and surface marks. Every finished frame is checked before individual shrink wrapping and carton packing; third-party inspection is accepted before shipment.
