Gold Foil Applied by High-Temperature Stamping

The decorative surface uses high-temperature gold foil stamping with strong adhesion. When the frame is displayed around a photograph or art print, the gold treatment remains on the outer surround rather than being printed across the picture itself. The finish defines the border while the image stays separate behind the panel. This construction combines a PS frame body with an applied gold-foil surface. The decorative treatment belongs to the surround, leaving the photograph unchanged behind the clear viewing panel.

A Clear, Wear-Resistant Viewing Panel

A transparent wear-resistant panel sits in front of the displayed picture. In a desk or wall arrangement, the photograph remains visible through the panel instead of being left as an uncovered paper face. The panel provides the clear viewing area while the gold-finished surround defines the outer border. Its specified wear resistance belongs to the panel surface; the picture and decorative frame remain separate components of the assembly, with no need to treat the image as a permanent printed layer on the frame.

Desktop and Wall-Hanging Use

The frame supports both desktop placement and wall hanging. When an interior arrangement changes from a shelf display to a wall-mounted group of pictures, the product supports both installation methods within its decorative square format. The square frame continues to provide the same decorative border around the image in either setting. This gives the finished photograph two display locations while preserving the surrounding gold-foil treatment and transparent front panel.

Custom Gold-Foil PS Picture Frames

Custom development uses the intended picture format together with a technical drawing or physical prototype. Conventional square sizes can be customized, with the outside frame dimensions recorded separately from the picture area. Meihe's development team prepares a rendering, followed by a physical sample combining the PS outer frame, hot-stamped gold finish and transparent panel. The sample establishes the assembled appearance and construction for the order, while the drawing retains the dimensions for component preparation. Production and packing follow that confirmed configuration. Private-label packaging can be developed with the collection identity, product information and required language version for the completed decorative frame.

The material inspection stage checks the PS frame components and transparent panel for visible surface damage and edge condition before assembly. The specified gold-foil surface and panel configuration form part of the order reference. Components outside the applicable requirements are separated rather than paired with conforming parts and carried forward into a finished frame. Material identification follows the PS surround and viewing-panel construction.

Assembly details and completed surface requirements are checked against the approved product reference. The inspection covers the joined surround, gold-finished appearance, panel fit and supplied installation components rather than treating the frame and front panel as unrelated items. The finished-product checking sequence includes function and completeness, so the released product is assessed as the specified decorative frame with its required components present.

Every finished unit is inspected before packing, with results recorded against the order and production lot. Corrected or replacement goods return to the relevant checkpoint before release. Third-party inspection is accepted. The selected protection addresses the finished frame surface, transparent panel and exposed edges, with protective materials selected for the completed assembly and its contact points inside the pack.
