The selected frame dimensions can follow the image format while the installation remains wall-oriented. Desktop placement is limited to the specifications that support it. Wall-mounted versions remain available where the surrounding furniture offers no suitable position for a freestanding display.

Custom Brushed Stainless-Steel Picture Frames

The specification brings the stainless-steel outer frame, fine-brushed surface and tempered panel together as one product. Frame dimensions and the required picture format are recorded before the sample is made. Our designers prepare a rendering, followed by a physical sample that establishes the proportions and assembled appearance. Manufacture follows the confirmed construction and installation configuration, with size customization available across multiple specifications. Private-label packaging can carry the collection name, brand graphics and required product information, with the pack developed around the completed frame rather than a loose viewing panel.

The factory's material and component inspection stages cover visible surface condition, edge integrity, finish and fit. The stainless-steel surround and tempered panel are checked against the specified frame configuration before assembly. Components outside the order requirements are held separately, keeping damaged surfaces or unsuitable parts from entering the finished picture frame. The brushed surface is included in the material reference so the visible finish is reviewed together with the frame components.

Assembly checks address the fit of the joined frame, viewing panel and installation components included in the order. Surface requirements and the completed configuration are compared with the approved reference before final release. Desktop-support checks apply only to the specifications supplied for desktop placement; the main range retains its wall-hanging installation method. Inspection follows the assembled configuration, with the supplied installation components included in the final functional review.

Every finished unit receives pre-packing inspection for appearance, operation and completeness. Faulty or incomplete assemblies are corrected and rechecked, with the result connected to the order and production lot. Third-party inspection is accepted. Packing protection is chosen for the metal surfaces, panel, frame edges and supplied components, so the completed framed display is protected according to its actual construction.
